UFC signs welterweight Craig White to fight Neil Magny at UFC Fight Night 130

The UFC has signed Cage Warriors welterweight Craig White to fight Neil Magny at UFC Fight Night 130 in Liverpool on short notice.

UFC Fight Night 130 will be held on May 27, 2018, at the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England.

The UFC announced the news on social media.

Following a three fight winning winning streak at the end of 2015, start of 2016, Magny has traded wins with losses. In his last two, Magny dropped a submission loss to Rafael dos Anjos at UFC 215 before rebounding by earning a unanimous decision win over Carlos Condit at UFC 219.

White, who is currently on a four-fight winning stream under the Cage Warriors banner has won all four of those bouts inside the distance. Two submission wins over Thomas Robertsen at Cage Warriors 80 and Hakon Foss and Cage Warriors 84, the Thundercat earned a KO win over  Matt Inman at Cage Warriors 87 before submitting Alex Montagnani at Cage Warriors 92 last time out.

White also confirmed to DreySports the deal extends to four fights inside the Octagon.
