A featherweight contest has been added to UFC 219 as Myles Jury vs Rick Glenn has been added to the fight card.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal announced the contest.
UFC 219 will be held on December 30, 2017, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Following a unanimous decision loss in his UFC debut, a bout in which also earned Glenn a ‘Fight of the Night’ bonus, the former WSOF featherweight champion has won two straight under the UFC banner.
A split decision win over Phillipe Nover at UFC 208 was followed most recently by a unanimous decision win over Gavin Tucker at UFC 215.
Following back-to-back losses to Donald Cerrone and Charles Oliveira, Jury took over a year and a half away from the sport, however, he returned to face Mike De La Torre at UFC 210. Jury won the fight via TKO in the first round.
With this addition, UFC 219 now looks like this:
Dominick Cruz vs. Jimmie Rivera
Cynthia Calvillo vs. Carla Esparza
Louis Smolka vs. Matheus Nicolau
Carlos Condit vs. Neil Magny
Gökhan Saki vs. Khalil Rountree
Myles Jury vs. Rick Glenn
