A flyweight bout has been added to UFC 220 in Boston as Dustin Ortiz vs Alexandre Pantoja has been added to the event.
UFC 220 will be held on January 20, 2018, at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.
The Boston Globe announced the bout.
Following a submission loss to Brandon Moreno at UFC Fight Night 108, Ortiz rebounded in his last bout, earning a TKO win over Hector Sandoval at UFC Fight Night 114 in Mexico City. Ortiz is currently 6-5 in the UFC and is currently ranked #9.
After appearing on the Ultimate Fighter Season 24, Pantoja has gone 2-0 in the UFC. A split decision win over Eric Shelton
at UFC on Fox: Shevchenko vs. Peña was followed by a submission win over Neil Seery at UFC Fight Night 113.
