Cage Warriors 92: Super Saturday takes place this weekend, Saturday, March 24, 2018, at the Indigo at the O2, London, England

The event will feature two four-fight main cards which will feature three title fights and a five-fight preliminary card.

The second main card will be headlined by a bantamweight title bout pitting current champion Nathaniel Wood as he looks to defend his 135lb title for the second time against Italian, Luca Iovine.

Following a second-round TKO over Vaughan Lee at Cage Warriors 82, Wood earned a bantamweight title shot, a change he took with both hands at Cage Warriors 84, earning a first-round TKO win over Marko Kovacevic. In his most recent bout, a fight that went viral due to its frantic back-and-forth pace, ‘The Prospect’ came back from the brink of defeat to earn a first-round TKO finish over Josh Reed at Cage Warriors 86.

His opponent Iovine is currently riding an eight-fight winning streak, earning himself a shot at the Cage Warriors bantamweight title. Following a first-round TKO win over Andrea Maniaci at Venator FC: Theater of War, the Italian bantamweight earned the biggest win of his career last time out, earning a first-round submission win over Oemer Cankardesler at ACB 75.

Main Event

Co-Main Event

The co-main event features a welterweight contest pitting Craig White against Alex Montagnani.

Following a TKO loss to Mike Shipman at Rise of Champions 2, White has won three straight under the Cage Warriors banner. Back-to-back first-round submission wins over Thomas Robertsen at Cage Warriors 80 and Hakon Foss at Cage Warriors 84 was followed last time out by a first-round TKO win over Matt Inman at Cage Warriors 87.

Montagnani has also won three straight heading into Cage Warriors 92. A unanimous decision win over Shaun Lomas at Celtic Gladiator 12 has been followed by back-to-back TKO wins over Martin Hudson at BAMMA 31 and Ivan Golod at Celtic Gladiator 14.

The remaining two bouts on the second main card of Cage Warriors 92 include a title eliminator bantamweight bout pitting top Welsh undefeated prospect Jack Shore against UFC veteran Vaughan Lee and a featherweight bout featuring Corrin Eaton vs Dean Trueman.

Moore has won two straight under the Cage Warriors banner. A KO win over Paco Estevez at Cage Warriors Unplugged was followed by a unanimous decision win over Josh Clark at Cage Warriors 81 for the vacant Cage Warriors light heavyweight title. With a win on Saturday night, Moore can become the second Cage Warriors fighter to hold titles in two different weight classes at the same time after Conor McGregor.

Main Event

The first main card will be headlined by a heavyweight title bout featuring champion Mauro Cerilli and current light heavyweight champion Karl Moore. This bout was scheduled to take place at Cage Warriors 89 however an injury to Karl Moore pulled the Irishman from the bout.

Moore was replaced by Nills van Noord who suffered a first-round KO loss to Cerilli for the vacant heavyweight title. The Italian heavyweight is now currently on a four-fight winning streak and will look to make it five against Moore in London on Saturday night.

The remaining two bouts on the first main card feature a welterweight bout between Jamie Richardson and Sam Boult while another welterweight bout kicks off the main card as Mehrdad Janzemini meets Brad Wheeler.

Headlining the preliminary card is a featherweight contest pitting Cameron Else against Thomas Terdjman while another exciting featherweight contest features on the prelims as Aiden Lee meets Tom Means.

Co-Main Event

The co-main event of the first main card features a flyweight title bout Sam Creasey and Nathan Greyson.

Following a unanimous decision loss to Shaj Haque at Cage Warriors Unplugged, Creasey has won two straight. A first-round submission win over Iuri Bejenari at Cage Warriors 84 was followed most recently by a first-round TKO win over Paul Marin at Cage Warriors 86 to earn a flyweight title shot. Greyson is also coming into this fight riding a two-fight winning streak. A first-round TKO win over Sergei Morari at UCMMA 51 was followed by a second-round TKO win over Jack Lambe at UCMMA 52. Both of those wins came at featherweight with the latter being for the UCMMA featherweight title.
