Kamaru Usman vs. Sean Strickland added to UFC 210

A welterweight contest between Kamaru Usman and Sean Strickland has been added to the upcoming UFC 210 fight card.

UFC 210: Cormier vs. Johnson 2 will be held on April 8, 2017 at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.

The event will be the second that the UFC has hosted in Buffalo, and first since UFC 7 in 1995.

A UFC Light Heavyweight Championship rematch between the current champion Daniel Cormier and Anthony Johnson is expected to headline the event.

Usman (9-1 MMA), the winner of the season 21 of the Ultimate Fighter is unbeaten in the UFC. Following his win on TUF, Usman has earned three unanimous decision wins over Leon Edwards, Alexander Yakovlev and Warlley Alves.

Following a decision loss in his welterweight debut in the UFC, Strickland (18-1 MMA) has won three straight over Igor Araújo, Alex Garcia and most recently Tom Breese at UFC 199.
