Todd Duffee vs. Mark Godbeer added to UFC 209 in Las Vegas

A heavyweight contest between Todd Duffee and Mark Godbeer has been added to UFC 209 in Las Vegas.

UFC 209 will be held on March 4, 2017 at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada.

Jim Edwards of Flo Combat first reported the news of the bout.

Duffee (9-3 MMA) has not competed since his KO loss to Frank Mir on July 15, 2015. Prior to the fight, Duffee has won his first two fights in the UFC by TKO over Philip De Fries and Anthony Hamilton.

Godbeer (11-3 MMA) lost his UFC debut last year to Justin Ledet at UFC Fight Night 99 – Mousasi vs. Hall 2. Prior to the loss, Godbeer, the former BAMMA heavyweight champion had won three straight under the BAMMA promotion.
