Conor McGregor was previously punished by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for his part in the throwing of water bottles incident during the UFC 202: Diaz vs. McGregor 2 pre-fight press conference on August 17th.
Now, Nate Diaz has received his punishment from the commission.
Diaz has agreed to pay 2.5-percent of his fight purse ($50,000) and perform 50 hours of community service.
In the terms of the punishment, Diaz will have to pay the fine before his next fight, or before February 1st, 2017, whichever occurs first.
Also, his community service must be performed before December 1st, 2017.
Diaz was not in attended during the hearing today in Las Vegas however he signed the agreement alongside his lawyer.
