This morning the UFC held it’s early weigh in for the UFC 206 card tomorrow night and former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis missed weight for the interim featherweight title fight weighing in at 148lbs.
UFC 206 will be held on December 10, 2016, at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Ariel Helwani reported the news on the live broadcast of the weigh-ins.
Max Holloway successfully weighed in at 145lbs, the required weight for the interim featherweight title fight.
Brett Okamoto of ESPN is reporting that Max Holloway will still compete for the UFC interim featherweight title if he wins the contest tomorrow night, however, Anthony Pettis will not win the title if he is successful in tomorrow night’s main event.
Per Dana White, it is still an interim title fight for Max Holloway.

I'm told the fight is still on. Holloway, if he wins, gets interim title. Pettis won't if he wins. He also gives up 20% of his purse to Max.
