Conor McGregor climbs UFC pound-for-pound list in new rankings release

Following his win over Eddie Alvarez on Saturday night at UFC 205 to become the first-ever UFC fighter to hold two belts simultaneously in the promotion, Conor McGregor has climbed to number 2 in the UFC’s pound-for-pound rankings.

Currently in first place is UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson, who is currently on a 10-fight winning streak with eight title defences in that time.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Tyron Woodley and Michael Bisping all move up one spot in the list whilst Khabib Nurmagomedov makes his first appearence in the list following his submission win over Michael Johnson at UFC 205.
