UFC 202 took place last night and following the fight card, the UFC handed out the Fight Of The Night and two Performance of the Night bonuses.
The Fight of the Night honours went to the war in the main event between Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor.
McGregor and Diaz fought to a majority decision victory for McGregor is a back and forth ‘Fight of the Year’ candidate meaning McGregor has now avenged his only UFC loss back at UFC 196
Anthony Johnson earned a ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus for his 13 second KO of Glover Teixeira in the co-main event of the evening.
A huge uppercut landed flush for Rumble, and that was all she wrote. Johnson has now likely earned himself a rematch against Daniel Cormier for the UFC light heavyweight championship.
The second performance of the night went to Donald Cerrone for his TKO win over Rick Story which also took place on the main card. It was Cerrone’s third consecutive performance bonus.
All four fighters earn $50k.
