Report: Scoggins out of bout with McCall at UFC 201; officials looking for replacement

It looks as though one of the most anticipated fights on this weekend’s UFC 201 card will not take place as flyweight Justin Scoggins has been removed from his top contender matchup against Ian McCall.

UFC 201 will be held on July 30, 2016, at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

Elias Cepeda, formally of Fox Sports announced the reasoning behind Scoggins pulling out of the bout.

It also doesn’t look like Ian McCall is too happy with the news either.

Apparently, the UFC are looking for a replacement fight for the former UFC flyweight title challenger however, it will be tough to find a flyweight on such short notice. Stay tuned to MMA Mad as the story progresses.
