Neil Magny vs. Dong Hyun Kim set for UFC 202 in Las Vegas

A welterweight bout has been added to the growing UFC 202 card as Neil Magny will step into the cage in Las Vegas against Dong Hyun Kim.

UFC 202 will be held on August 20, 2016 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The event is expected to be headlined by a welterweight rematch between The Ultimate Fighter 5 winner and former lightweight title challenger Nate Diaz and current UFC Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor.

Magny (18-4 MMA) is currently riding a three fight winning streak since a second round submision loss to grappling ace Demian Maia at UFC 190. Two tight split decision wins over Kelvin Gastelum and Erick Silva was followed by a devastating TKO win over Hector Lombard at UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs. Mir in March.

Kim (21-3-1-1 MMA) is riding a two fight winning streak coming into UFC 202. An arm-triangle submission win over Joshua Burkman at UFC 187 was followed by a TKO win over UFC newcomer Dominic Waters at UFC Fight Night: Henderson vs. Masvidal late last year.

With this fight announcement, UFC 202 now looks like this:

Nate Diaz vs. Conor McGregor
Anthony Johnson vs. Glover Teixeira
Rick Story vs. Donald Cerrone
Hyun Gyu Lim vs. Sultan Aliev
Thiago Alves vs. Al Iaquinta
Cody Garbrandt vs. Takeya Mizugaki
Neil Magny vs. Dong Hyun Kim
