[BREAKING] Matt Bessette Gets New Opponent Just Days Before CES MMA XXXIII

CES MMA 33 will take place on March 11, 2016 at Twin River Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island.

It has been confirmed by CES MMA that Tito Jones (11-8) has pulled out of his scheduled bout with Matt Bessette (16-7) due to injury and will now be replaced by Tory Bogguess (14-10).

Bogguess, a dangerous submission artist from Silvis, Illinois will be making his promotional debut to take on New England’s #1 pound-for-pound fighter on short notice. After winning two in a row to kick of 2015, Bogguess was submitted by Chuck Pieritz back in March of 2015 and hasn’t fought since.

Bessette is coming off a first round heel hook victory over BJJ black belt Kevin Roddy at Bellator 144. The win marked his 3rd finish of 2015, with an overall record of 3-1 on the year. With a full camp under his belt, Bessette will be looking to kick 2016 off in a similar fashion and further stake his claim for that UFC call-up.
