Upon signing his contract extension Rany said:
“Winning the flyweight title isn’t enough for me, I got the need to defend my throne. BAMMA is no doubt the biggest show in Europe and one of the best in the world. I am here to prove that I’m the best, pound for pound! There is more show, more wins and more titles to enjoy. I’m really looking forward to 2016’s success with BAMMA.”
Matchmaker Jude Samuel added:
“The capacity to learn is a gift, the ability to learn is a skill. The willingness to learn is a choice. All of which Rany has in abundance. From a coaches perspective he is the ideal student who is always interested in learning. That does wonders for a promotion like BAMMA who can continue to put to the test our one and only ever flyweight Champion. Rany is a credit to the company, the sport of MMA and a credit to his country of Germany. Im pleased to have someone of his caliber to continue to be with BAMMA.”
