Gastelum out, Morono faces Noke at UFC 195, Trujillo vs. Sims added to main card


The injury bug strikes again  as Kelvin Gastelum is out of his UFC 195 bout against Kyle Noke. Alex Morono will now step in on short notice to face the Aussie.

The UFC announced the change via twitter.

UFC 195: Lawler vs. Condit will be held on January 2, 2016 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. This will be the first UFC event in 2016.

With this replacement, the lightweight bout between Abel Trujillo and Tony Sims, will now take place on the main card. The bout between Trujillo and Sims was originally scheduled to kick off the Fox Sports 1 preliminary card.

Moreno (11-3 MMA), the current Legacy FC welterweight champion is riding an impressive five fight winning streak, capturing the Legacy 170lb title in his most recent fight with a win over Derrick Krantz.

With this fight change, UFC 195 now looks like this.
