Amateur Irish MMA team has been announced for the 2015 IMMAF European Championships

The Amateur Irish MMA team has been announced for the 2015 IMMAF European Championships of Amateur MMA following try-outs which have taken place over the past few months.

The 2015 IMMAF European Open Championships will take place in Birmingham, England from 19–22 November 2015 at the Walsall Sports Centre at the University of Wolverhampton.

The IAPA are entering their European championship team off the back of a very successful 2015 IMMAF World Championships earlier in the year in Las Vegas.

Frans Mlambo won gold in the male featherweight weight class as Sinead Kavanagh took silver in the female.
