With Ben Rothwell officially removed from UFC Fight Night 76 card after his opponent, Stipe Miocic, was forced out of their bout with an injury, lightweights Norman Parke and Reza Madadi will assume the co-main event slot on the night. The UFC announced the change in lineup yesterday.

UFC Fight Night 76 will be held on October 24, 2015 at 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. The card will be headlined by a lightweight bout between Dustin Poirier and Joe Duffy.

Parke (20-4-1 MMA) has has a very up and down time in the UFC as of late. Parke was docked one point for grabbing Leonardo Santos’ shorts in Brazil at UFC Fight Night 38 therefore the fight which Parke should of won ended in a majority draw. A dominant win over Naoyuki Kotani followed when the UFC were last in Dublin however two split decision losses following this win for Parke has him currently in no man’s land in the UFC’s 155lb division.

Madadi (13-3 MMA) has not fought inside the UFC since 2013 as he was previously serving a prison sentance for burglary. Currently 2-1 in the UFC, his last win was a massive one. Madadi submitted Michael Johnson in Sweden via d’arce choke in the third round.

With this change to the card, UFC Fight Night 76 now looks like this.

Main Card (UFC Fight Pass)
Dustin Poirier vs. Joseph Duffy
Norman Parke vs. Reza Madadi
Nicolas Dalby vs. Darren Till
Patrick Holohan vs. Louis Smolka
