Now that Ronda Rousey has a dance partner for UFC 195 in Las Vegas, where does that leave former number one contender Miesha Tate?

UFC President told Lance Pugmire of the LA times that he would like to have Tate vs. Amanda Nunes on the undercard of the Rousey vs. Holm fight.

Nunes (11-4 MMA) is currently on a two fight winning streak inside the octagon. Following a TKO loss to former title contender Cat Zingano at UFC 178, Nunes has rebounded with a TKO victory over Shayna Bazsler and a submission win over Sara McMann in a ‘Performance of the Night’ effort.

Tate (17-5 MMA) has followed up a loss to Ronda Rousey at UFC 168 with four straight wins most recently earning a unanimous decision win over Jessica Eye. Following this win Tate was promised a title shot, however was not informed by the UFC when they decided to grant Holm the shot at UFC 195 against Ronda Rousey.
