Chris Weidman vs. Luke Rockhold set as co-main event for UFC 194 in Las Vegas.

UFC 194 officially has its second championship bout as middleweight champion Chris Weidman defends his 185lb title against challenger Luke Rockhold.

UFC 194 will be held on December 12, 2015 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will be headlined by a featherweight title fight between champion Jose Aldo and interim champion Conor McGregor.

Weidman (13-0) has looked unstoppable in his UFC run, making three successful title defences. Defeating Anderson Silva for the second time was followed up by a decision victory over Lyoto Machida and a TKO victory over Vitor Belfort at UFC 187.

Rockhold (14-2) debuted in the UFC two years ago and suffered a devastating 1st round KO loss to Vitor Belfort, but has since rattled off four straight victories, including three wins by submission. The Californian sports wins over Tim Boetsch, Costas Philippou, Michael Bisping, and most recently a thorough domination of Lyoto Machida in the UFC on FOX 15 main event.
