Two fighters coming off loses are heading to Las Vegas as Ross Pearson takes on Paul Felder at UFC 191.

UFC 191 will be held on September 5, 2015, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event will be headlined by a flyweight title fight between champion Demetrious Johnson and John Dodson.

Pearson (17-9-1 MMA) has traded wins and loses to his controversial decision loss to Diego Sanchez back at UFC Fight Night 42. Since then TKO wins over Gray Maynard and Sam Stout have been sandwiched between loses to Al Iaqiunta and most recently Evan Dunham in Glasgow, Scotland.

Felder (10-1 MMA) had an impressive start to his UFC career, a split decision win over Jason Saggo in his debut was followed up by a ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus KO win over Team Alpha Male’s Danny Castillo at UFC 182. In his most recent bout, Felder dropped a unanimous deciison to Edson Barboza however his stock rose following the fight due to his gutsy performance and eye catching striking.

  1. I think this is going to be a quick but bloody war. Really like Pearson but there aren’t too many fighters can have a 3 round tear up with Junior Barboza the way Felder did so I pick Felder for the stoppage end R1 early R2.
